Preparation:
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit peacefully. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling your body relax with each exhale.
Visualization:
Imagine standing in the scene before you, surrounded by towering snow-draped trees under a sky alive with shimmering auroras. Waves of color—vivid greens, blues, and purples—dance above, illuminating the landscape with their magical glow.
Feel the crisp winter air on your skin as the auroras move gently in rhythm with your breath. With each inhale, draw in their luminous energy, and with every exhale, feel your worries melt away into the tranquil, snow-covered forest. Let the light fill you with a sense of awe, wonder, and inner peace.
Breathing Exercise:
Inhale deeply, envisioning the vibrant lights flowing into your heart, filling it with serenity.
Exhale slowly, releasing any tension into the peaceful winter night.
Repeat for 5 cycles, allowing the lights to dance within you, connecting you to the infinite beauty around you.
Heart-Centered Focus:
Bring your attention to your heart, where the lights converge into a radiant glow. Visualize this light expanding outward with each breath, radiating warmth, calm, and limitless possibilities. You are one with the beauty and vastness of the universe.

Affirmation Repetition:
Silently or aloud, repeat the affirmation three times:
