Prepare:
Find a calm space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, feeling the air fill your lungs and release any tension as you exhale.
Visualization:
Imagine yourself as the figure in the image: adorned in a radiant gown intricately woven with golden threads and blooming pink flowers. Each petal is alive, vibrant with energy, and reflects an aspect of your inner beauty, strength, and grace.
The air around you shimmers with soft, glowing light, and as you move, the flowers on your gown bloom in slow, graceful waves. They symbolize the qualities you already possess—resilience, compassion, and creativity—all waiting to shine.
Breathing into Light:
Inhale deeply, drawing in the soft golden glow around you. Feel it fill your body with warmth and calm.
Exhale slowly, releasing any feelings of self-doubt, stress, or worry.
With each breath, imagine the flowers on your gown glowing brighter, their petals opening fully to reveal the unique light within you. Repeat for 5 breaths.
Focus on Your Heart Center:
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest, where the energy of the flowers converges. Visualize a radiant pink bloom there, glowing with a soft, steady light. With every inhale, the light expands, filling your body with love, strength, and creativity. With every exhale, it radiates outward, sharing your grace with the world.

Silently or aloud, repeat these affirmations three times:
