Sundream Calling

Where the Light Finds Her

She didn’t come to escape.
She came to remember.

The ocean breeze caught the hem of her dress like it knew her name, lifting it gently as she stepped into the evening light. The sun was just beginning to slip behind the waves, painting the sky in colors that felt too perfect to be real—lavender, peach, coral, and gold.

She stood still, letting it all wash over her. The sound of the surf, the scent of salt and warm sand, the delicate flowers blooming near her feet. It wasn’t just a moment—it was a return. To herself. To a softness she’d forgotten she was allowed to feel.

She had spent so long moving fast, saying yes, holding everything together. But here, at the edge of the world, she let it all go. The sea didn’t ask her to be anything. It only asked her to be here.

And so she stood—barefoot, open-hearted, wind in her hair, light on her skin.

Not waiting for anyone.
Not needing anything.

Just soaking in the beauty she almost forgot she deserved.

The world would still be there tomorrow. But tonight?
Tonight she belonged to the waves, the sunset, and the whisper of something new just beginning.
